Refund/ Return or exchange eligibility

Orders are only eligible for return, exchange or refund if:
o The customer received wrong product.
o The product received is clearly defective or damaged.
o The product received does not match the images in terms of colour, design, fabric as seen on the website.
If you are satisfied with any one of the reasons mentioned above, write to Yatinath Customer Care at customercare@yatinath.com within 7 days from the receipt of order.
Please share unboxing video. It is a mandatory requirement to initiate the return process.
The customers may have to share the images of the product received in order to initiate the return pick-up.
Kindly note that the products returned should be in original condition.
The products should have the original tags or labels in place and folds intact.
The products should be returned along with the box in which the product was delivered to the customer.
A confirmation mail would be sent to the customer from Yatinath customer care confirming the return or exchange request.
Return pick-up will be facilitated by the Yatinath customer care team with 5 business days from the date of confirmation.
Once the courier person comes to pick up the product, kindly capture a picture of the product while handing it over to him.
Customers are requested to return the products through the return facility provided by Yatinath.
For international orders, Customers may have to bear additional charges such as return cost and customs duties. Such amount shall be indicated to the Customers in advance.
Kindly note that Products ordered with fall and edging service are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation.
Dress material, fabric orders are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation.
